General Hospital’s Chad Duell (Michael) sent a special shoutout to his lady love over the weekend — and he didn’t do it alone… The ABC soap actor shared a photo with his girlfriend and the mother of his child, Luana Lucci, while holding their ever-growing bundle of joy.
Duell, with their son Dawson strapped to his chest in a baby carrier, cheered, “Happy Birthday to this amazing woman and mother!” He went on to thank the beautiful birthday girl for all she does for their family then closed out the post by stating, “We love you,” to which Lucci jumped into the comments to reply, “Thank you… I love you both and miss you so much!”
Lucci gave birth to Dawson back on August 30, 2023, and since then, she, as well as his proud papa, has shared various pics of their little boy.

Last December, Duell posted another shot of him holding his boy, which was simply captioned, “Sup?”
Prior to that, he shared three super-cute pics of Dawson with the family dog to show his followers their “brotherly love.”
And wanting everyone to know what a great dad Duell is, Lucci shared numerous shots of the actor with their son this past Father’s Day and stated, “Watching you with our nine-month-old son Dawson fills my heart with so much love and admiration. You are beyond amazing.” She credited him for being “so hands-on, so present and so devoted,” and when she’s off on work as a flight attendant, “Dawson couldn’t be in better hands.”
It’s nice to see the family so happy and we too wish Lucci a happy belated birthday!
