If you noticed a new face pop up in Port Charles this week, that was Joshua Triplett who appeared as Marv, the engineer who was working with Blaze in the recording studio. The actor took to his Instagram page with a photo standing outside of the General Hospital studios as he smiled for the camera and shared with excitement, “The secret is out!” He also posted one with Eva LaRue, who plays Blaze’ mom, Natalia, and one from inside the studios.
He went on to thank the cast and the crew at General Hospital for welcoming him with open arms and was thrilled that “all my aunties told me they saw me.”
Jacqueline Grace Lopez, who plays Blaze, rushed into the comments and cheered, “You did that!” to which Triplett replied, “Jacqueline, with our powers combined! You were incredible to watch and work with. Keep climbing beauty. Until next time.”

The Young and the Restless alum Loren Lott (ex-Ana Hamilton) also took notice and stated, “Go friend,” leaving Triplett to express his thanks for her “encouragement along the way.”
Though this is Triplett’s first stint in daytime, he’s appeared in numerous primetime roles in shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, The Neighborhood, The Rookie, My Crazy Ex, Supergirl and Tosh.0, to name a few.
