Last November, we brought fans news that former The Young and the Restless fave Daniel Goddard (Cane) had a new project in the works. While the actor couldn’t give specifics, he let his followers know how much he had missed them and teased that “something truly incredible is in the midst.”
In Goddard’s latest video post, he was dressed to impress in a black suit and tie wearing a smile that he couldn’t seem to contain. With only the hashtag “new beginnings” accompanying the reel, various fans quickly began to wonder if he was bringing Cane back to Genoa City. After The Bold and the Beautiful’s Kimberlin Brown (Sheila) jumped into the comments to let him know that he was “looking good,” one fan, Alexis Edwards, stated, “Bold & Beautiful would appreciate some Cane!”
Aside from Lily noting that Cane had visited with the twins, the last time we saw the character in Genoa City was in November 2019 when he tried to convinced Devon that he had changed and planned to prove it by tracking down Colin and returning the money to the person Katherine had intended it to go to.
