It’s been a long while since we last saw Krista Allen on The Bold and the Beautiful and though Taylor is still front and center, now being played by Rebecca Budig, there are fans out there who miss Allen and have wondered what she’s been up to these days. The actress often posts on social media and a recent heartfelt message could very well resonate with a lot of people.
“The world’s scary right now,” Allen stated on X then went on to let fans know, “That’s why I’m under the covers, eating a sleeve of Girl Scout cookies.” The “self-care” tactic sounds like a delicious one but in all seriousness, she continued, “It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. But please don’t lose hope — there’s room for love, empathy, and connection. If [you’re] under the covers too, pass me a cookie.”

This year has already proven to be devastating for many, given the wildfires that destroyed thousands of people’s lives, so we can only hope for better days to come as we trek through 2025 together. And back on January 2, “in honor of all the resolutions for the new year,” Allen shared “one of most helpful books” she’s ever read.

“It’s a great one if you’re wanting to take actionable ‘tiny steps’ towards new and positive habits,” she stated then went on to explain, “It focuses on systems (good for neurodivergent brains!) rather than goals.”
