John McCook has played Eric for over three decades on The Bold and the Beautiful so it’s no surprise that he has many, many fans around the world. However, there’s one fan in particular who is “infinitely blessed” to have him in her life and it happens to be one of his beloved castmates.
Romy Park (Poppy) posted the sweetest photo hugging the CBS soap vet and shared, “John McCook never fails to bring a smile to my face and is pure sunshine.” She went on to say how he “lights up every room he is in” and expressed, “I’m so infinitely blessed for his friendship.”
There was one other person caught in the pic as well and Park made a point to address another one of her castmates. “Don Diamont,” she stated. “Y’know, you don’t have to be in every photo,” to which Diamont replied, “Just trying to raise the bar.”
Though it’s unclear if the photo was taken after taping a special scene, Rebecca Budig (Taylor) chimed in, “I’m so bummed I missed this.” Park’s reply made it clear that Budig hadn’t been feeling well as she assured, “You were very missed! In the meantime, feel better! Lots of R&R for you.”
We hope Budig got the rest needed to get back into the studios to tape scenes of her own in time for the holidays.
